Prep cook / grill cook responsibilities may include:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Season and cook starches, vegetables and other side hot food items
- Perform food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Ideal applicants have:
- 2+ years of cooking experience
- reliable transportation
